What is Rebaudioside M?

Rebaudioside M is a rebaudioside that is rebaudioside A in which the hydroxy groups at positions 2 and 3 of the beta-D-glucosyl ester moiety have both been converted to the corresponding beta-D-glucoside. It is a pure natural, high sweetness and low calorific value sweetener extracted from stevia leaves, which have 200 to 300 times the sweetness of sugar, are heat-stable, PH-stable, and not fermentable.

It is widely used in food, beverage, medicine, sweetener, flooded food, cosmetics, tobacco, daily chemical industry and other sugar fields.
